3. My item is out of stock. What should I do?
Feel free to visit our store for replacements of items you would like. Either you can reply to any e-mail we sent you with the names of new articles, or you can ask for help with our Live person.
4. I am entering my credit card number correctly, but I received an email saying my order was refused. What should I do?
Please make sure that the name and billing address on your credit card matches the one you provide during checkout. Also make sure your AVS number (rear security code) is correct as well. If this does not work, try another valid credit card.
