Shipping normally takes 1-3 working days from the date of your order.

A sizing chart is available on almost every product page. If in doubt, it’s usually best to order the larger size.

You can know the status of your order and track once it is sent online.

Feel free to visit our store for replacements of items you would like. Either you can reply to any e-mail we sent you with the names of new articles, or you can ask for help with our Live person.

We do receive walk-in visits. However, we recommend that you call ahead to schedule an appointment with one of our costume specialists if you need to sit and discuss your project in detail. This will ensure that we have the time to properly assess your needs and provide you with the best possible service.
